Rural Neighborhood Cluster Zone

The Olney Coalition is examining the use of the Rural Neighborhood Cluster zone. This zone was created during the revision of the Sandy Spring/Ashton Master Plan (caution: 8MB file!), and is now spreading into the Upper Rock Creek and Olney Master Plans.

The Olney Coalition and the Upper Rock Creek Coalition prepared a joint letter to County Council President Steve Silverman describing their findings concerning the RNC zone. (1/16/2004)
