Dear Mrs. Praisner,

Please keep the 32 acre property off Bowie Mill road for use as a school or park.  The traffic on these local roads is already terrible, and it is ruining the quality of life in Olney.

It is critical to move new developments away from these crowded streets.

My wife already leaves at 6 am every weekday to get parking at Shady Grove Metro Station.  By 8 am, and also late in the afternoon, the traffic backs up for miles along Bowie Mill, Muncaster Mill, Needwood, and Shady Grove Rds.  I should not even call them roads, they are parking lots.  Once the Freeman Property is developed, will we have to wait at our driveway in the traffic just to reach Bowie Mill Rd.?

Thanks for you help in the past, we have seen you on Comcast channel 6, we appreciate your common sense approach to preserving the environment and protecting MD.
