County Council Approves Upper Rock Creek Master Plan

By an 8-1 vote, the County Council approved the Upper Rock Creek Master Plan. See the article in the Gazette.

Gee. Why Didn't We Think of That?

As I was surfing the web, I stumbled across a presentation made by a local land use consultant at the 2004 International Builders Show in Las Vegas on January 19. Check out the bottom slide on page 10, and the top slide on page 12. Under 'Things you and your local HBAs [Home Builders Associations] must do,' point number three is 'Control Elections.' !!! The presentation includes site plans for one of Pulte/Del Webb's concepts for the Freeman property, and for Wyndcrest and Bancroft in Ashton.
